In the face of the heartbreaking and ongoing crisis in South Lebanon, thousands of families have been forced to flee their homes, leaving behind their belongings, their memories, and the safety of everything they once knew. Displacement has become a painful reality for so many, and with it came urgent needs for shelter, food, hygiene, and basic essentials.

When this tragedy unfolded, Ayadina Association launched an emergency campaign to stand by displaced families during one of the most difficult moments they have ever faced.

Thanks to the generosity, compassion, and trust of our supporters, donations began to arrive — and together, we were able to respond immediately.

But before acting, we listened.

At Ayadina, we believe that meaningful support begins with understanding. We conducted direct surveys with displaced families to assess their most urgent needs, and we tailored our response accordingly to ensure that every contribution made the greatest possible impact.

Because of your support, we have already been able to assist more than 50 displaced families with essential relief supplies, including:

Food assistance, Blankets, Toiletries, Cleaning detergents, Hygiene kits, Baby milk, Mattresses, Pillows and other urgent household necessities.

Each item delivered was more than just aid, it was a message of solidarity, dignity, and care. It was a reminder to these families that they are not alone.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated and helped us turn compassion into action. Your support allowed us not only to respond, but to respond in a way that truly reflected the real and immediate needs of the people affected.

Yet the crisis is far from over.

Many families are still displaced. Many children are still sleeping away from home. Many mothers and fathers are still trying to rebuild a sense of safety amid uncertainty.

This is why we continue to ask for your support.

We hope with all our hearts that the ongoing crisis in Lebanon will come to an end as soon as possible, and that every displaced family will be able to return home safely. Until then, Ayadina Association remains committed to continuing this mission, reaching more families, meeting urgent needs, and offering relief where it is needed most.

عندما اندلعت هذه المأساة، أطلقت جمعية أيادينا حملة طارئة للوقوف إلى جانب العائلات النازحة

بفضل سخاء وتعاطف وثقة داعمينا، بدأت التبرعات تصل – ومعًا تمكنا من الاستجابة فورًا

ولكن قبل أن نتحرك، استمعنا

في جمعية أيادينا نؤمن أن الدعم الفعّال يبدأ من الفهم. أجرينا مسوحات مباشرة مع العائلات النازحة لتحديد احتياجاتهم الأكثر إلحاحًا، وصممنا استجابتنا بما يضمن أن يكون لكل مساهمة أثرها الأكبر

بفضل دعمكم، تمكنا بالفعل من مساعدة أكثر من 50 عائلة نازحة من خلال تقديم الإمدادات الأساسية، بما في ذلك

المساعدات الغذائية البطانيات، مستلزمات النظافة الشخصية، مواد التنظيف، حليب الأطفال، الفرشات والوسائد وغيرها من الاحتياجات المنزلية الضرورية

كل قطعة تم تقديمها كانت أكثر من مجرد مساعدة – كانت رسالة تضامن وكرامة ورعاية، وتذكيرًا لهذه العائلات بأنهم ليسوا وحدهم

Art Education Program – A Joyful Season of Learning and Creativity at Ayadina!

As the Christmas spirit fills the air, Ayadina’s Art Education Program continues to bloom with energy, passion, and imagination. Our classrooms have been buzzing with life this season — welcoming over 100 amazing students who bring joy and inspiration to every session.

With hearts full of warmth and dedication, we’ve proudly continued our diverse range of classes, including: Ballet | Derbake | Guitar | Piano | Mental Math | Gymnastics | Visual Art | Dabke

Each class is more than a lesson — it’s a celebration of movement, music, expression, and growth. From the rhythm of the derbake to the graceful leaps of ballet, and from creative brushstrokes to lively dabke steps — our students are thriving in a safe, vibrant, and nurturing environment.

At Ayadina, the magic of the season lives not only in decorations and festivities, but in every child’s smile, every note played, and every step taken on their artistic journey.

This season has been filled with color, movement and rhythm:
– In Visual Arts, our center is glowing with festive spirit as children draw Christmas trees and create vibrant drawings.

Our Hip Hop class is bursting with energy as kids dance to today’s hottest beats.

After-School Program — A Safe Space to Succeed

Every afternoon, students from Grade 1 to 6 join us for two focused hours of study support. They review, learn, and gain confidence.

Fundraising Spotlight — A Gathering with Heart  

We are so thankful to Dr. Lina Badr for opening her home and heart to host a meaningful fundraising event in support of Ayadina. These warm, intimate gatherings allow our mission to grow!

Soup Kitchen — Nourishing with Love and Dignity 

Over the past three months, Ayadina’s Soup Kitchen has served more than 1,200 warm meals to seniors in the Bourj Hammoud and Nabaa areas — 100 meals at a time, week after week.

More than just food, each meal represents care, dignity, and a reminder that no one is alone. Our kitchen continues to be a place of comfort, connection, and community for those who need it most.

As the summer fades and September arrives, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our New Artistic Year 2025 – 2026! With renewed hope and purpose, we welcome our beloved students – new and returning – to a season filled with imagination, learning, and joy.

This year, we proudly continue our mission of nurturing minds and hearts through a rich program of classes, including:

In our humble kitchen, love is the main ingredient. Every week, pots simmer with warmth and care as we prepare home-cooked meals for 100 families – not just to feed their bodies, but to nourish their hearts. Each dish carries the quiet message: you are not forgotten. In every bite, there is dignity, comfort, and a reminder that compassion still lives in simple acts.
